Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows you to:
- Park and settle in
- Transition into the calming atmosphere of the L7 x K-Beauty Skin Clinic Pop-Up Spa
- Complete any paperwork
- Change into your robe and slippers
Arriving late will reduce your treatment time, as sessions must end on schedule out of consideration for the next guest.

- Limited Spots: Treatments are by appointment only, and space is extremely limited.
Guests will have access to private changing areas, robes, and slippers. Please note that multiple treatments may take place at the same time, so we kindly ask for your understanding in maintaining a peaceful environment.
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to your appointment without penalty. Cancellations made after that time may be subject to a fee (final policy details TBD).
Dress for comfort. You’ll be provided with a robe and slippers to change into before your treatment. Undergarments are optional—your comfort is our priority.
Guests must be 18 years or older. Those 16–17 years old may enjoy services if accompanied by an adult.
We recommend leaving valuables at home or in your hotel room. Secure storage is not provided, and we cannot assume liability for lost or missing items.
